Fleet status - manage notifications and preferences

Purpose

Use Notification settings in Fleet Status to manage your notification subscriptions, set preferences for Smart Survey Booking for surveys and audits and view archive of all subscriptions in the E-mail Log.  This page helps you control how and when you receive notifications about updates to your fleet.

Access: Requires access to Fleet Status. Individual users must be set up in advance. Contact your company administrator to request access or update user roles.

Manage your notification subscriptions

Use this procedure to control which notifications you receive:

1. In Veracity, select My Services.
2. Select Fleet Status.
3. In the upper right menu, click the profile icon, then Notification settings.
4. In the Subscriptions section, select the notification type you want to update.
5. Select or clear the relevant subscription options.
6. Select Save to apply your changes.

Available subscription options

Vessel survey and audit notifications

You can receive notifications for vessels in My Fleet when:

• DNV identifies a recommended opportunity for surveys
• An annual survey is recommended
• A survey becomes overdue (1 month, 2 weeks, and 1 week before deadline)

Document and certificate notifications

You can choose how to receive documents after surveys or audits:

• Receive one email with links to all published documents
• Receive individual emails with attachments for each updated or issued certificate

Update survey and audit preferences

Use this procedure to set your preferences to define if the smart survey booking proposal shown in the vessel status, is based on Survey, Audits or both:

1. In Notification settings, locate the Preferences section.
2. Select your preferred options for surveys and audits.
3. Select Save to confirm your changes.

View notification history

Use this section to track sent communications:

• Open Notification settings, navigate to E-mail Log
• Review previously sent notification emails
