We recommend your company to make individual users and that each user sets up the system according to her/his needs.

How to set up users is further explained in Company Administration section.

My settings

In My settings you can:

• Manage your subscriptions and notifications
• Set your preference with respect to surveys and/or audits
• Check your Company information
• View archive of all subscriptions emails
• Check invoice addresses DNV have recorded for your company

Subscriptions:

Class notifications for vessels in My Fleet

For each vessel in MyFleet, get notified

1. when we have found a good opportunity for surveys
2. when we recommend annual survey to be done
3. one month, two weeks and one week before survey(s) are overdue

• Get an email with link to all documents published after a survey/audit, or
• Get one email with attachment for every certificate issued or updated after a survey/audit.

Note: This notification for every certificate update with attachment can be used for integration with your company's system for document handling.

 

Soon overdue notifications

A warning notification will be sent out one week before a class or statutory item becomes overdue for vessels added to 'My Fleet'. The warning will not be sent out if the item is included in a survey request.

The notification will only be sent if you have activated “Receive notification when vessel surveys, conditions, and vessel bookshelf items are overdue or soon overdue” in the settings menu.

 

Port State Control Notifications

The notifications are triggered by AIS (Automated Identification System) and will be submitted when a new port as destination is identified by the system, and the MoU PSC inspection window is due. The notification will contain vessel and port specific PSC checklist.

You have the possibility to set notifications either on a specific vessel or to the vessels specified in MyFleet. It is also possible to send PSC notification to the Vessel's email address.
